Multicultural education plays a crucial role in addressing social and cultural diversity. Instilling tolerance, respect for differences, and building a sense of solidarity among students strengthens a nation. This study examines the role of multicultural education in strengthening solidarity among students in Medan. The study involved 60 informants, including students and teachers who had previously participated in multicultural education. A descriptive qualitative approach was used. The author applied the Miles and Huberman model, with data being managed interactively through adjustments, presentations, and conclusions drawn from observation, interview, and documentation data. The findings of this study suggest that multicultural education promotes positive social interactions. Researchers observed an increase in students' awareness of diversity and the development of a learning environment. This study confirms that multicultural education plays a significant role in strengthening solidarity and interaction among students
