Field evidence on bovine tuberculosis (bTB) in Timor-Leste is still limited. This study estimated visible seropositivity using a bTB antibody rapid test and evaluated an ADDIE-based digital literacy education model in Daudere, Lautém. A multiphase quantitative design screened 104 cattle, consisting of 48 Balinese cows and 56 buffaloes, and involved 40 smallholder farmers. Seven cattle showed reactive results with visible seropositivity of 6.73%; reactivity in Balinese cattle 10.42% and buffalo 3.57%, with no significant differences between species (Fisher exact test p = 0.244). Material and media validation reached 93.50% and 92.75%, while the average practicality was 4.58. Farmers' knowledge increased from 53.25 to 84.15 (p < 0.001; N-gain = 0.66). Because a confirmatory laboratory examination has not been carried out, the reactive results are preliminary serological evidence and not confirmation of Mycobacterium bovis infection. The findings support confirmatory surveillance and digital education of local evidence-based breeders
